About ManasKatha Foundation
ManasKatha is a mental health awareness and support foundation dedicated to nurturing emotional well-being across all age groups. In a world where stress, anxiety, and depression affect people silently, we aim to bring mental health conversations into the open through storytelling, research, counselling, creative arts, and community collaboration.
We believe that stories have the power to heal. Through storytelling sessions, short films, documentaries, podcasts, and performing arts, ManasKatha creates meaningful dialogue around mental health, breaking stigma and encouraging people to seek help without fear or judgment.
Our work spans awareness, counselling facilitation, research, and partnerships with mental health professionals, educational institutions, and social organizations in India and abroad. We strive to make mental health care accessible, inclusive, and compassionate, especially for underprivileged and vulnerable communities.
